Living in the comfort zone is fine most of the time, but it’s important – crucial! – to step outside of that box every once in a while; to take chances, switch things up, take a risk or two, break one of your self-imposed rules, and just… live!
But how the heck do you do that? If you’re used to doing the same things, you’re never going to break out of that box, or even stretch it a little bit. You’re going to have to do something you’ve never done before. It won’t easy, it might make you nervous, but it will be worth it – I swear.
