”An enemy knows the potential you hold. They will do everything to keep that seed from taking root. Understand that throughout life, we will always have forces opposing to us. Restore, encourage and fill yourselves with optimism and motivation. Resurrect dreams and goals people have taken away from you. Life needs you to stay in course with it or you’ll be left behind. Life doesn’t stop for anyone. Even if you’re surrounded by negativity; rise above that morass.“

Live in the Now
Everybody always says “Don’t live in the past.” And that’s extremely true. Living in the past will only screw you up; it’ll make you remember all of your regrets, chastise yourself for your past mistakes, and will ultimately hold you back from where you should be now and from where you will go in the future.
But what about the opposite of that? How many of us live in the future? (And no, I’m not talking about time travel… though that would be neat!) It’s easy to focus on the past; it’s also easy to focus on the future, always doing things simply to get ahead or to accomplish something in the future.
But…. what about the present?
Start Saying “YES!”
How many times do you say ‘no’ in a typical day? A typical week? How many times do you turn down people, turn down opportunities, turn down chances to expand your repertoire? How many times do you opt out of going places or doing things? Do you ever look back and regret it afterwards? Maybe saying ‘no’ is holding you back, and maybe you don’t even realize it. Maybe saying ‘YES!’ more often could be the change you need in your life.
Why It’s Okay to Miss People
Missing people who are no longer in our lives is a natural thing. It can be a process to move on from something that broke apart a relationship – platonic or otherwise. While many will scold you for missing someone like that, I won’t. Because the fact is: missing people is good, important, it’s human, and it’s a step in the process of moving on.
10 Ways to Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
“If you want something you’ve never had, you’ve got to do something you’ve never done.”
The comfort zone: it’s where most of us live our daily lives. Routines, safe places, a group of comrades we know and work well with, food we already know we enjoy, tasks we’ve completed before, and more. Living in the comfort zone is fine most of the time, but it’s important – crucial! – to step outside of that box every once in a while; to take chances, switch things up, take a risk or two, break one of your self-imposed rules, and just… live!
But how the heck do you do that? If you’re used to doing the same things, you’re never going to break out of that box, or even stretch it a little bit. You’re going to have to do something you’ve never done before. It won’t easy, it might make you nervous, but it will be worth it – I swear.
